Ito-Thermy is a Japanese system. It associates five ancestral techniques : moxibustion (pin-pointing calorie effect), stimulation of meridians (invisible lines, vectors of energy currents, recognized and used for centuries by the Chinese), shiatsu, massage and aromatherapy.

Ito-thermy synthesises differents treatments by using friction, pression, massage, heat and aroma. Sticks of incense are used, the tips are brought to incandescence, enclosed in two metallic tubes (ryonki),

covered in metal protecting the skin against any risk of burning, as the right hand holds and moves the ryonki, keeping the closest contact possible with the skin, the left hand slides ahead, listening to body tensions, lending a sensation of inimitable gentleness and heat.
